• Director Information: Your first name, last name, and email address
• School Information: Your school name and location
• Student Information: Student first and last names, grade levels, and instruments/voice parts

How We Use Your Information

1. Run auditions - Send invitations, manage registrations, create schedules
2. Send important updates - Event reminders, registration confirmations, and account notifications
3. Improve our service - Fix bugs and make AuditionWizard better

Who Sees Your Information

• Event hosts can see the schools and students registered for their events
• School directors can see their own students' information
• Registration volunteers can see student information during events for no more than 24 hours
• Nobody else - We don't share, sell, or distribute your information to third parties

FERPA Compliance & Student Privacy

AuditionWizard is designed to comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

• Student information is considered an "education record" under FERPA
• Schools and directors maintain control over student data
• We act as a "school official" with a legitimate educational interest
• Student information is only used for the educational purpose of managing auditions
• We never disclose student information without proper authorization

Your Control

• Access it - View your data anytime in your account
• Change it - Update information whenever you need
• Delete it - Close your account and we'll delete your information within 30 days
• Opt out - Unsubscribe from emails anytime (except critical account notifications)

Security

We protect your information with secure encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted password storage, and regular security updates. No system is 100% secure, but we take every reasonable precaution to keep your information safe.
